SUPPORT AND STRUCTURE

Within Our Consciousness Coaching Programmes

Not at all! No prior experience is needed. Everything at Dhama Sun is completely beginner friendly. It meets you exactly where you are.

Whether you are brand new to inner work or returning after time away, Jo fully supports you throughout. It’s worth noting that all you need is an open mind and a willingness to explore.

All sorts of people are drawn to consciousness coaching at Dhama Sun! Our community includes people aged 28–80+ from all walks of life. Some are managing stress or burnout. Others are seeking calm, connection or more clarity in daily life.

Not only that, many people join because something feels missing. We create inclusive, welcoming and completely non-judgmental spaces. Inner work belongs to everyone.

At Dhama Sun, a range of consciousness coaching and mindfulness experiences are available. In particular:

The Foundations Mindfulness Course — A structured, evidence based programme combining MBSR and MBCT. It gives you the core tools for conscious living from the ground up.

1:1 Consciousness Coaching — A deeply personal one to one experience. Ideal for those who want dedicated support on their inner journey.

The Friday Drop In Session — Ongoing spaces to practise together. These sessions are especially useful for those who want flexibility without commitment.

365 Days of Mindful Consciousness — A FREE year long journey of quotes, reflections and mindful actions. Essentially, it is a beautiful way to begin your conscious living journey.

Each offering is unique. Most notably, all reflect our grounded, compassionate approach to consciousness coaching in Cornwall.

Dhama Sun’s programmes are designed to support your inner journey fully. To begin with, Jo includes in each course:

Live sessions — guided by Jo Tooth, in person in Cornwall or online
Recordings — so you can revisit the material in your own time
Handouts and reflection tools — practical resources to support your practice
Guided audio practices — mindfulness tools you can use every day

In addition, full details will be provided before you sign up. Ultimately there are no surprises just a clear, supported and welcoming experience.

At Dhama Sun, we completely understand that life happens! Missing a session doesn’t mean falling behind. In fact, we have made it easy to stay connected whatever your circumstances.

Monthly Drop In and Sangha Sessions — Simply join us when you can. There is nothing to catch up on.

Full Consciousness Coaching Courses — Jo sends you support materials if you miss a live session. As a result, your inner work continues even when life gets busy.

Self Paced Programmes — Go at your own rhythm. For this reason, there is no pressure to keep up with anyone else.

At Dhama Sun, Jo delivers everything through a trauma informed lens. In particular, every session is approached with gentleness, respect and care.

It’s worth noting that there is never any pressure to share. Equally, Jo always honours your pace. Conscious living looks different for everyone.

That said, if you currently work with a therapist or mental health professional, we encourage you to continue that support alongside your coaching journey.

All programmes gently invite you to explore daily practices. These can fit into home, work and everyday life. In other words, you continue the inner work between sessions.

That said, there is never any pressure or judgment if life gets in the way. It’s worth noting that even the smallest moments of mindfulness make a difference. In fact, many people find that simple daily practices create the most lasting shifts.

Consciousness Coaching for Everyone

Yes, absolutely! Our programmes are naturally supportive of neurodivergent minds. In fact, Jo Tooth herself lives with ADHD. Our approach has been thoughtfully designed with this in mind.

In particular, all programmes offer structure with breathing space. Not only that, you can follow all content at your own pace. Equally, our spaces are welcoming and non-judgmental. Whether you have a formal diagnosis or simply feel your mind works differently, there is a place for you here.

Many people at Dhama Sun find they feel more present and grounded over time. In particular, regular mindfulness practice supports wellbeing and resilience in everyday life.

That said, mindfulness and consciousness coaching are not therapy. They are not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. Jo Tooth is a mindfulness and consciousness coach, not a therapist or medical professional. Equally, we encourage you to speak with your GP if you are struggling or a qualified professional.

In addition, if you need support right now, the following organisations can help:

Mind – mental health information and support

Samaritans – free 24/7 emotional support: call 116 123

NHS Mental Health Services – for local help and urgent care options

You may be asked to complete a short wellbeing form before certain sessions. In short, this ensures every experience is safe and appropriate for everyone.

It’s worth noting that Jo treats all information with complete confidentiality. Equally, this is nothing to worry about. It is simply part of our commitment to holding a safe space for your journey.
